Commentary: MGTOW and some forms of modern feminism are equally abrasive
MGTOW is a group on Reddit that expresses anti-feminist views
Men Going Their Own Way is a group on the app Reddit dedicated to anti-feminism.
The description of the MGTOW page says, “This subreddit is for men going their own way, forging their own identities and paths to self-defined success.” I don’t see a problem with this description, but a look into the page reveals a different narrative.
It’s not a dedication to men bettering themselves and helping each other, it’s about tearing down feminism and women.
Modern feminism can be much the same. I have seen videos of feminists talking about how, “men are the biggest problem in the world,” or even a woman commenting on how she refuses to read a book or listen to music made by a man, because “we need to erase them from our minds.”
Historically, feminism has been a benevolent cause dedicated to women’s rights and equality between men and women.

The problem is people refusing to look outside their group of like-minded people, creating an echo chamber of resentment and a vacuum of positive outlooks — perish the thought that opposing groups might try to talk through their differences. All of this contention, for the most part, takes place online, where people can hide behind a screen and deliberately avoid conversations they don’t want to have.
Something has to give if any positive progress is to be made.
Men and women will always live in the world together, and hate towards each other is the most backwards way of confronting an issue. It just creates an endless cycle.
Extremism aside, I feel that men and women need to be taking up conversations, in real life, whenever they have problems with each other. It might fill a lot of people with discomfort to do something like this, but I don’t see a better way to handle it.

What you’re describing as ‘Modern Feminism’ is blatant misandry. Modern feminism is advocating not just for the female body and female autonomy but the body for men as well as their autonomy as well as other genders. Feminism is described as “the advocacy of women’s rights on the basis of the equality of the sexes” according to the dictionary, your definition of modern feminism contradicts the true definition of feminism.

With so many very severely mentally disturbed women that are everywhere these days, which makes MGTOW the real and very safe way to go now for many of us smart single men.

As a man who has been married for over 33 years to a woman I love and who loves me and the father of 2 children, a boy and a girl, I think I have some experience by now and know enough about female psychology. It is now clear to everyone that the liberation of women from male oppression has produced a freedom that today’s women do not yet know how to manage, and the result is a continuous competition at home and in society that is not good for any of them. two sexes. It is a difficult competition to manage for a close-knit traditional couple cemented by 2 older children in common, but it is absolutely impossible to manage for a modern couple. The biggest mistake of feminism is to have canceled the two primary roles of the male, that of Protector and Provider. “We no longer need a man, we women are now independent”. An error that was detected, after the male became aware of it, a boomerang that hit the whole female gender in the face. Because? Because men now go their own way and leave the woman alone to handle their problems. Men no longer want to know about long-term relationships, engagements, marriages and children. No more love and romance, just casual sex built by feminist sexual liberation. The problem is that women, whose life costs an average of 80% more than men (shoes, bags, clothes, hairdresser, make-up, jewelry, dating that men are no longer willing to offer, assisted motherhood, single parenthood) , etc..etc) will be forced to work hard all their life without the help of a man at their side who will act as Provider and Protector. We will soon see an army of lonely, single, indebted women with denied motherhood. A psychic disaster for future generations who will grow up outside the traditional family of two parents. Why do modern women not know how to manage the freedom they have won? Look around you. Every girl acts like a boy and must have more male friends than her real boyfriend. Tinder is the new beacon for sex research. Relationships are no longer partnerships. They are just mutual debauchery based on meaningless sex and fickle mind games. And in most relationships, I see women being bossy and constantly humiliating their boyfriends. It is not uncommon today for a modern girl to have over 50 relationships with as many different casual partners before her 30-35 years, a period in which she decides to dedicate herself to finding a stable partner to start a family and be able to satisfy her desire for motherhood.
Even today we meet boys raised in one of those traditionally healthy, family-oriented Christian families where reverence for women is ingrained in them from a young age. Their fathers and male relatives are their role models because they know exactly what it means to be a protector and a provider. As a result, the women in their lives (like their mothers and grandmothers) love and respect their men for it. This is where I realized that we are at a turning point in history where men no longer have respect and trust for women as in previous generations. A real problem for feminism. Feminism has left women completely alone. Feminism wanted to liberate the woman and instead liberated the man by taking him out of responsibility

MGTOW I think nowadays is an irreversible reply to the misandric radical feminism.
MGTOW is growthing more and more every single day. We are now millions and millions.
Feminism is going to receive back what has provided to the Society: a disaster!!!
