A California state department of education official collected evidence and statements about inappropriate conduct by Granite Bay High students at the state FBLA conference in October in Santa Clara. The information was then sent by the official to GBHS administration.  Administrators also received an email from another FBLA teacher/adviser that complained about GBHS student behavior.
