Senior Natalie McGuckin has peaked all throughout her high school years and is continuing on throughout college. McGuckin has taken lots of AP classes, made many academic as well as athletic achievements and has gotten into the college she’s always dreamed of, as well as an honors program. McGuckin knows she has a set future and can’t wait to begin her new story.
Q: Are you sad leaving this chapter of your life?
McGuckin: “I love our high school. It’s been a really good place for me. I’ve learned a ton about life and education. I love the people I met here.”
Q: How do you feel about entering this new part of your life?
McGuckin: “I really want to be successful. I want to know I worked hard and reached my potential academically as well as athletically.“
Q: What are you excited for in college?
McGuckin: “I’m ready to meet new people, a new community and a new school.”
Attending University of San Francisco, senior Timmy Reed is more than thrilled to continue his baseball career. Reed is nervous for what is in store for his future and college but could never be more ready to start playing baseball with his new team.
Q: What are you looking forward to after graduating?
Reed: “I am happy to continue my life and have new experiences.“
Q: What are your plans after graduation?
Reed: “Just to play with the highest level of baseball I can.”
Q: What are you excited for?
Reed: “I’m excited for the next level. I think I’ve accomplished a lot in high school.”
Senior Delaney Keefe has set many goals for herself like becoming a NiCU nurse and an overall travel nurse. Keefe is grateful for the friends she’s made throughout her high school years that have always kept her motivated. Keefe is more than ready to start a new life in Ohio.
Q: What have you liked about high school?
Keefe: “I feel like I found a really good community of people just to cheer me on.”
Q: What are you looking forward to?
Keefe: “I’m going to pretty much a completely new place, meeting new people, living in the Midwest with the snow.”
Q: What are you excited about after high school?
Keefe: “I’m really excited to try something new and go somewhere new.”
