      According to the official district website, Granit According to the official district website, Granite Bay High School has ten COVID-19 cases, two teachers and eight students. It was last updated on the 16th, and on the 19th, two more student cases were reported, bringing the total number of positive cases to 12. Principal Jennifer Leighton wrote that the school will close down at 5%, which is about 25 positive cases. Therefore, GBHS is 48% of the way to another school shutdown, and out of all of the schools in the district, we have the highest caseload and 3rd highest positivity rate.
