The Granite Bay High School Junior Varsity Girls tennis team fought hard against Rocklin High School but sadly lost.

Ashely Lindsay and Emily Craven, seniors on the team, had great hits and captured a win during their match, the score being 6-4. 

  The girls have yet to score a victory but are still positive about the future of the team. Although the girls lost, they still have a couple more games to get a victory. 

   Kaylee Price, a freshman, had some serves that  managed to score points and Bailey Webb’s hits were also very strong even though they both ended up losing their matches. 

Sara Brown, a sophomore, said, “Even though I lost today, I had a lot of fun playing with my friends and that’s what tennis is all about.”
